01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okbett website, mobile interface, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the okbett Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the okbett Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

okbett reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the okbett Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okbett or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the okbett Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

okbett reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okbett Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okbett reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings upon discovery.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. okbett shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify okbett immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

okbett will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to okbett support immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okbett Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbett supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits are generally credited to your okbett account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing schedules.

okbett reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that it deems unusual, suspicious, or inconsistent with your account history. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of KYC verification or any ongoing investigation.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okbett will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the verified identity on your okbett account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

okbett may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all okbett promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• okbett reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. okbett may, at its sole discretion, limit or exclude any player from participating in promotions.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the okbett Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or okbett staff through any communication channel.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or any other Platform rules.

okbett reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbett Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of okbett or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from okbett.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of okbett's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may give rise to legal action.

08 Responsible Gaming

okbett is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform offers a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform at any time.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbett and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

okbett does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbett makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein .

In no event shall okbett's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbett account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okbett's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy

okbett collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbett implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and okbett cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Amendments to These Terms

okbett reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, okbett will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting okbett support.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
